講師紹介：高橋由紀（東京・港区）
身体の不調から自身の体質改善のためヨガをはじめ、病を克服。ヨガ歴12年。一児の母。日本におけるベビーヨガの第一人者として活躍。
2000年より、医療機関に勤める傍ら、ヨガの指導のほか、ベビーマッサージ講習会・子供の能力開発や親子のストレスマネジメントをはかるためのクラス・遊びや運動を通して親子のコミュニケーションをはかる活動等に取り組む。数々のボディワーク・呼吸法・身体の調整法・食育を学ぶ。
2005年 武道・ヨガ・瞑想を融合したホリスティックトレーニングbudokon-武道魂、日本最初の公式インストラクターとなる。日本語版DVDにも出演、他TV・雑誌など出演多数。
2006年 親子で渡タイし、タイヨガマッサージを学び、タイ国政府文部省公認タイヨガマッサージ師資格・ルーシーダットン指導者資格取得。
2008年Baby Yoga Associatesを代表の新井とともに設立し、ベビーヨガ・キッズヨガ・Self Adjustment-骨盤調整ヨガなどのプログラムを開発し、講師の育成にあたる。
日本古来の育児法に基づくヨガ的育児DVD「Baby Yoga Therapy」のほか、ベビーヨガの祖として世界的に有名なイギリスのフリードマン博士のDVDの日本語版プログラム監修を行う。
現在日本各地のスタジオにて、Baby Yoga・Kids Yoga・Self Adjustment®-骨盤調整ヨガ等のインストラクターをつとめる。

Yuki started practicing yoga 12years ago to care for her own body. Through her practice, Yuki was able to reform her internal body, and overcome her sufferings. As a mother of 1 daughter, she is now a leading expert of baby yoga in Japan.
Since 2000, while working at a medical clinic, she also teaches yoga, and organizes workshops for baby massage, skill development for children, and activities for improvement of communication between parent and child through play and sport. She also is a humble student and is eager to learn about breathing, body toning and dietary habits.
In 2005, she became the first official instructor in Japan to teach budokon, a holistic training that combines martial arts, yoga and meditation. She appeared on many TV programs, magazines and official DVD in Japan.
In 2006, she went to Thai with her daughter to learn traditional Thai massage and was given an official RusieDutton Instructor license as well as Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner License approved by the Thai Government Education Ministry.
Yuki established Baby Yoga Associates with Misato Arai in 2008, and is now on her way to train teachers for baby yoga, kid's yoga and Self Adjustment yoga. She designs curriculum and teaches classes. She served as a supervising editor for "Baby Yoga Therapy" DVD, and in making of a Japanese program for Professor Francoise Barbira Freedman
She now teaches Baby Yoga・Kids Yoga・Self Adjustment Yoga in studios all over Japan.
